LOCATION: Adrian, Michigan
A terrible car accident resulted in two crushed vertebras, a snapped sternum, whiplash, and two torn ligaments in my right knee. I used a wheelchair, walker and crutches through my healing process. It was very difficult to leave the house knowing everywhere I went, I would be stared at.
